We, Blabla Foundation VZW value the greatest importance to your privacy and the protection of your personal data. You give us confidence and we want to keep that trust, which is why we are committed to protecting everything you trust us in the right and correct way. We only act in your interest and handle your personal data very carefully.

Which personal data do we process about you?
We, offer a very accessible way of providing assistance to you, in order to maintain this low threshold, we leave you free to choose which data you wish to share with us, so that our trainers (NVC) can contact you:
- Full name or Nickname
- Phone number
- Email address
- Skype Id
- IP Address
Your IP address is available as part of the internet protocols, this is how the internet works, we don’t store or save this anywhere, we don’t keep any tracking information either.
Think carefully before you want to upload a photo, from your uploaded photo we could distract what your race or ethnic origin is, your religious or philosophical beliefs can become visible. When you however decide to proceed in uploading your photo, will process your photo as a sensitive item.
Why do we process this data?
We, Blabla Foundation VZW, process your data with the aim of quality support and assistance to you. We only process the data provided to us with your consent.
You have the free choice to adjust, adapt or even delete your data.
Your data is therefore not kept longer than necessary.
How do we use your personal data?
Our trainers (NVC) only see the data in their region, this can be both geographic and their field of experience, which you have entrusted to us.
Data without personal data is used for statistics, surveys and reports. We will never link this data to anyone in particular on purpose This data can never be linked to you personally.
Blabla Foundation VZW, will never pass on the personal data you provide to third parties, unless this is required by law or in very exceptional emergencies.
The processing of your personal data does not include profiling and you will not be subject to automated decisions by Blabla Foundation VZW either.
You can request access to the data you have provided to us at any time, or you can have it adjusted if you are unable to do so yourself. Or you can ask us to delete the supplied data.
You can also object to the processing of your supplied data if you do not agree with our processing for the necessary purposes why we process your data.

We work today with highly motivated volunteers, our goals are to be there for people who can use a listening ear, given the urgency that we consider necessary today, our privacy statement will therefore be adapted regularly.
